Netsoft Associates Inc. (NSAI) provides configuration control, routine maintenance and administration, new hardware and software installation, disaster recovery, expert analysis and support for administrative/tactical Local Area Networks (LAN) interoperability issues and infrastructure maintenance, anti-virus protection and new technology migration strategies/configurations to ensure LANs are able to meet current and future anticipated mission requirements.
At the Dayton operating location NSAI provides World-Wide Help Desk support and application development/support for the US Air Force Research Laboratories Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR). The principal goal of the Air Force Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program is to serve the technology needs of the Air Force warfighter. NSAI supports this mission as part of the Air Force Research Laboratory’s (AFRL) integrated Research and Development (R&D) team. AFRL’s mission is to be the Air Force’s agent for identifying and providing advanced, affordable, and integrated technologies that keep our Air Force the best in the world.
NSAI designs, programs and installs Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) networks and provides user training and on-call customer support/service.
NSAI provides professional services to several Product Directorates at Robins AFB, GA. These are the F-15, C-130, G-222, Special Operations Forces and Supply Chain Management Program Offices. We provide manpower support in operations managing the various aircraft platforms, systems and subsystems under the Single Manager concept. Specifically acquisition, modification and sustainment activities; Air Force Materiel Command modification support, production support, depot maintenance activities group, supply material activity group and foreign military sales support. In addition to support within the United States, NSAI provides professional services to NATO in direct support of Programmed Depot Maintenance at faciilities in Alverca, Portugal and Cambridge, United Kingdom.
NSAI provides aircraft corrosion control and wash rack services at Keesler AFB, MS and Maxwell AFB, AL.
